Refund Policy

Our milk contains no contaminants. It is critical to keep the milk at the proper temperature so that it remains fresh and safe for our clients to drink. However, if our cold chain fails and the milk spoils on the day of delivery, you can request a refund for the order. We will initiate the reimbursement process once we get the sour milk bottles from you.

However You are not entitled to a refund if you refuse delivery without providing advance notice. Prior intimation is only authorized in the following ways:
  • Call our customer service department.
  • Email our customer service department.
  • Update all relevant details in your App account.

Please bear in mind that informing the delivery boy does not constitute formal order notification. The customer service department is the only authorised channel for this.

Accidental Breakage of Milk Bottles

We understand that mistakes will happen. There will be no charge if one bottle breaks for the first and only time. In addition, each shattered glass bottle will be charged Rs.75.
